My goal is to share my love of yoga in an intimate enviornment where we observe the body, the mind and the breath with compassion, thoughtfulness and most importantly without judgement. The physical benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, improved stamina, balance and posture, toned muscles and the lubrication of joints and tendons, just to name a few.
Best of all, these powerful physical benefits are just a side affect of this wonderful practice. The joy, body awareness, better sleep and the rediscovery of the breath through conscious engaging movements awakens the sense of power and confidence that can often be lost in our busy lives.
